Refund & Cancellation

Because we provide customized, site-specific construction and installation services, our cancellation and refund policies differ from traditional retail stores.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled project prior to the commencement of work. However, because we order highly specific, fast-curing chemicals (Epoxy, PU resins) tailored to your site's exact square footage and color requirements, the following conditions apply:

• Before Material Order: Full refund of your initial deposit.
• After Material Order: Deposit may be partially withheld to cover the cost of custom materials that cannot be reused.
• After Work Commences: Cancellations are generally not permitted once grinding and surface preparation have begun.

2. Refund Policy

As a service-based business, refunds are generally not provided once work has been completed. The cost of labor and deployed chemical materials cannot be recovered.

3. Rectification & Warranty Claims

If you are unsatisfied with the workmanship (e.g., uneven curing, unexpected bubbling), please contact us immediately instead of seeking a refund. We are committed to delivering the Industrial Flooring Benchmark, and we will dispatch our team to assess and rectify any application defects under the terms of your project warranty.
