Shipping Policy

As a premium provider of industrial flooring installation services, our "Shipping Policy" focuses on how we deploy our teams, materials, and machinery to your site.

1. Service Delivery & Material Logistics

We do not "ship" physical goods directly to customers for self-installation. Instead, all flooring materials (Epoxy resins, PU coatings, Waterproofing chemicals) are transported directly to your site by our logistics team along with our installation machinery.

2. Service Areas

We primarily operate in Surat, Gujarat, and the surrounding industrial zones. For large-scale factory or warehouse projects outside of Gujarat, please contact us directly. Interstate projects are accepted based on project scale and feasibility.

3. Timeline & Scheduling

Project start dates are determined during the consultation phase. Once a contract is signed and an initial deposit is made, we will schedule the material delivery and team arrival. Please note that weather conditions or site readiness can occasionally delay our deployment.

4. Site Readiness Requirements

Before our team arrives, the site must be cleared of movable equipment, heavy debris, and non-essential personnel. Failure to prepare the site may result in delays in the "delivery" of our services.
